Machine wash on a cold or gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C using mild detergent, then air dry completely. This helps prepare the absorbent layers for use.
After each use
- Rinse in cold water until the water runs mostly clear.
- Machine wash with similar colours on a cold or gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C using mild detergent.
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
- Air dry completely in a well-ventilated area. Do not tumble dry.
- Do not iron.
