How do I choose a teen size?

Use waist and hip measurements rather than age alone. Every body develops differently, and the right fit should feel comfortably close without digging in. Check the teen chart in our Size Guide.

Will one pair last a school day?

That depends on the wearer’s flow and the product’s capacity. When trying period underwear for the first time, plan opportunities to check and change. Carrying a spare pair and a separate bag for used underwear can make the day easier.

How many pairs should I start with?

Think about how often fresh pairs will be needed and how quickly washed underwear can dry. A small rotation allows for wearing, washing and drying.
