Size Guide
Find your EvaBody fit
Confidence starts with the right fit. EvaBody period underwear should feel comfortably close to your body; secure enough to keep the absorbent gusset in place, without digging in or feeling restrictive.
Because sizing can vary between brands, we recommend taking your measurements and using the charts below rather than relying only on your usual underwear size.
How to measure
For the most accurate result, use a soft measuring tape and measure over bare skin or lightweight underwear. Stand naturally and keep the tape level without pulling it too tightly.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually between your ribcage and belly button.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.
Your hip measurement is particularly important when choosing underwear. If your waist and hips fall into different sizes, use your hip measurement as your primary guide.
Adult period underwear and swimwear
Use your waist and hip measurements to find your recommended EvaBody size. The chart also includes international size conversions for additional guidance.

Teen period underwear
Age is provided only as a general guide. Body measurements are the most reliable way to choose the right size, as every teen develops differently.

How should period underwear fit?
A well-fitting pair of period underwear should:
- Feel comfortably snug without restricting movement
- Sit flat against the waist without digging in
- Fit closely around the leg openings without pinching or gaping
- Keep the absorbent gusset securely against the body
- Stay in place as you walk, sit and move
If the waistband or leg openings dig in, roll or feel restrictive, try the next size up. If you notice loose fabric or gaps around the leg openings, try the next size down.
Different cuts—such as bikinis, high-waisted briefs, thongs and boyshorts—may feel slightly different, even in the same size.
Between two sizes?
If your measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for greater comfort.
If your waist and hips suggest different sizes, choose according to your hip measurement. A close fit around the hips and leg openings helps keep the absorbent area securely positioned.
