Returns & Refunds
At EvaBody, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Because period underwear is an intimate hygiene product, our returns policy differs from that of standard apparel.
Change of Mind
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect size selection where the size ordered was correctly supplied
We strongly recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing your order to help you find your best fit.
First Order Size Guarantee
We know finding your perfect fit can sometimes take a little trial and error.
That's why we offer a complimentary size exchange on your first EvaBody order.
If your first order doesn't fit as expected, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the size you'd like instead.
We'll send you one replacement pair in your preferred size at no additional cost—and you can keep your original pair. No return is required.
Please note:
- This offer is available once per customer, on their first order only.
- The replacement is for the same product in a different size, subject to stock availability.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or if we've sent the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@evabodyco.com.
We'll assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
Refunds
Refunds are only available where required under applicable consumer laws or where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
If a return is approved, we'll notify you once we've received and inspected the item (where a return is required).
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@evabodyco.com.
Sale Items
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or required by applicable consumer law.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that this statutory right may not apply to certain sealed hygiene products once opened, where permitted by applicable law.
Failed Deliveries & Redelivery Fees
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or because the parcel cannot be delivered after attempted delivery, any redelivery or reshipping fees charged by the courier will be the responsibility of the customer.
Redelivery fees typically range from USD $7–$9, depending on your location.
