How does EvaBody period underwear work?


EvaBody underwear is built with a 4-layer absorption system designed to keep you dry, protected, and comfortable all day.

Layer 1 — Moisture wicking: A knitted inner layer made from natural bamboo and cotton fibres sits against your skin and swiftly draws moisture away, keeping you feeling dry.

Layer 2 — Super absorbent core: Locks in liquid so it can't move back toward your skin.

Layer 3 — Antibacterial barrier: Actively prevents the growth of odour-causing bacteria so you stay fresh throughout the day.

Layer 4 — Leakproof shield: The outermost layer prevents any leaks from reaching your clothing.

 

Do they feel anydifferent from regular underwear?


The gusset (crotch area) is slightly thicker than regular underwear to provide reliable leak-proof protection, while remaining soft, flexible and comfortable. Our thoughtfully selected fabrics ensure there's no bulky pad feel, making EvaBody underwear comfortable enough for all-day wear.

Are EvaBody underwear free from harmful chemicals?


Yes. EvaBody underwear is made without synthetic fragrances, harsh dyes, or PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), often known as "forever chemicals." Our fabrics have been independently tested and confirmed to be PFAS-free.

We use natural bamboo and cotton fabrics because we believe the intimate area deserves only safe, skin-friendly materials. EvaBody underwear is also OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, meaning every component has been tested for harmful substances and meets strict global safety standards.

Our commitment is simple: comfortable, high-quality underwear made with materials you can feel confident wearing every day.

Can I wear one pair all day?


Yes, our underwear is designed to be worn for 8–12 hours depending on your flow and which day of your cycle you're on. We offer three absorbency levels to help you choose the right pair:

Heavy — for your heavier days (Days 1–3 of your cycle).
Medium — ideal for mid-cycle or moderate flow.
Light — perfect for the tail end of your period or as everyday backup protection.

On your heaviest days, some people prefer to check in after 4–6 hours and switch to a fresh pair. On lighter days, one pair will comfortably take you from morning to night.

Why do I feel wet when wearing my EvaBody underwear?


If you notice a wet sensation after several hours of wear, this is completely normal — it simply means your underwear has reached its full absorption capacity and it's time to switch to a fresh pair. Think of it the same way you'd change a pad or tampon when it's full.

This is not a defect, it's your underwear doing its job and letting you know it's ready to be swapped out.

Can I wear them overnight?


Absolutely. Our super, heavy and medium pairs are great for overnight use. Simply choose a pair that matches your flow, and you can sleep confidently without needing a separate pad. The leakproof layer keeps your sheets protected while you rest.

Can I use them alongside a menstrual cup or tampon?


Yes! Many of our customers use EvaBody underwear as a backup layer alongside a menstrual cup or tampon, especially on heavier days or for added overnight security. They work beautifully as a standalone product or as extra peace of mind when using other period products.

Is period underwear a solution for a leaky bladder?


Yes! Our period underwear are extremely absorbent, breathable and moisture-wicking, which makes them an excellent option for light bladder leaks too. Whether it's from sneezing, laughing, exercise, or everyday incontinence, EvaBody can catch those leaks and keep you feeling dry and fresh all day long.

How many pairs of EvaBody underewear do I need?


It depends on your flow and how often you're happy to wash mid-cycle. Here's a practical guide to get you started:

If you prefer not to wash during your period: Aim for 6–8 pairs — around 3–4 heavy pairs for your heavier days, plus 2–3 light or medium pairs for lighter days.

If you're happy to do a quick rinse mid-cycle: 4–5 pairs is usually plenty — you can rinse and hang pairs overnight to reuse the next day.

Because EvaBody underwear is designed with soft, comfortable fabrics, it's comfortable enough to wear every day, not just during your period. Every pair doubles as everyday underwear, giving you even more value from your collection.

How do I wash my EvaBody underwear?


How to Care for Your EvaBody Underwear

  1. Rinse: After use, rinse in cold water until the water runs clear. Avoid hot water, as it can set stains.
  2. Wash: Machine wash on a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30°C with your regular laundry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener, as they can reduce the performance of the absorbent layers.
  3. Dry: Hang to dry in a well-ventilated, non-humid area. Ensure your underwear is completely dry before storing. Do not tumble dry or iron.
  4. Freshen (Optional): To help prevent odours, lightly spray the rinsed underwear with white vinegar before your next wash. It's a natural deodoriser that keeps your underwear fresh without harsh chemicals

How long can EvaBody underwear last?


With proper care, EvaBody underwear typically lasts between 6 months and 2 years, similar to regular underwear. Longevity depends on how frequently they are worn and how carefully they are laundered.

Following our wash instructions (cold rinse, delicate cycle, hang dry, no bleach or fabric softener) is the single biggest factor in extending their lifespan. Treat them well and they'll look after you in return.

What payment methods do you accept?

If you choose to pay with PayPal or Afterpay, you will be securely redirected to their website to complete your payment. Once your transaction has been processed, you will automatically be returned to our website to finalise your order.

 

 

Where is my refund?


We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to 10 working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?


Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account; however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. 

Where is my order confirmation?


This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@evabodyco.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting us in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?


We typically cancel orders only if there’s a stock issue or you’ve asked us to. Please accept our apologies if your order is cancelled due to an issue on our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

 

How do I cancel my order?


There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@evabodyco.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. 

Can I alter my order?


We're sorry, but once your order has begun processing, we're unable to make any modifications to it. Should you wish to purchase a greater quantity or an additional product, we kindly ask that you place a new order online.

 

When will my order arrive?


Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take up to 14 business days. You will receive you tracking details via email once your order ships. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, don't hesitate to contact us at info@evabodyco.com and we'll look into it for you.

Can I track my order?


Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?


We want you to love your EvaBody underwear. If something isn't right, here's how we can help. 


Because period underwear is an intimate hygiene product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection where the correct size was supplied.

However, we've got your first order covered. 💗

If your first EvaBody order isn't the right fit, we'll send you one free replacement in the correct size—no return required. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the size you'd like instead.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or we've sent the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@evabodyco.com, and we'll work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

How long does it take to return an item?


This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.
